Anne Hollins, Wife of Arthur Remington Hollins, Milner Field, Bingley, West Yorkshire

Anne Hollins was the wife of Arthur Hollins a director of Salts Mill, Saltaire, Shipley, now part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site along with Salts Village, built in Victorian times to house the workers in Salts Mill.

The Hollins family moved to Milner Field - the house - in the mid 1920’s but Anne tragically died of pneumonia some months later due to Milner Field being damp, by that time. The Hollins family loved cars.

Anne Hollins is said to haunt the ruins to this day.
